We provide mobile attribution, ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention services as described in your order form or subscription plan.
You must provide lawful notices, obtain necessary consents and use the services in compliance with applicable laws and app store policies.
Fees are set out in your plan or order form and are payable as agreed.
All rights in the platform, software and website remain with Beon Ad Limited. You retain ownership of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
